Salary
We offer competitive salaries. Our salary structure is among the top 10% in the
industry. During the first year, salary/performance review is done twice, after
every 6 months. From the second year, this review is done once every year.
Vacation/Holidays
Our employees are entitled to the following vacation/holidays per year:
- 2 Weeks of Vacation
- 7 Holidays per Year
Education
We encourage our employees to keep themselves updated with the latest technologies by providing in-house training classes. Tuition Reimbursement is
also provided for the approved courses/seminars.
Employee Referral
We are witnessing a tremendous growth due to the high number of referrals from our existing employees. We give a bonus for each employee referral. A special
bonus is given for 5 or more employee referrals per year. We also give bonuses
for Client/Project referrals.
